
My name is Jim Conklin and I am an assistant professor of real estate at the University of Georgia Terry College of Business. I have a PhD in business administration with a concentration in real estate and a minor in finance from Penn State University. Before graduate school, I worked in the mortgage industry, holding various management positions. My research and teaching interests include real estate markets, mortgage markets and institutions, and real estate finance. My current research focuses on mortgage broker, lender, and borrower behavior in the mortgage market.
